A fuir!!!!!!Hôte qui ne répond ni aux message Abritel, ni aux appels, ni aux SMSUne fois le contact établie, l'hôte pensait qu'on arrivait le samedi or on avait réserver pour le vendredi. Du coup c'est son fils qui as changer les draps qui les as laissé sur le canapé dans la véranda commune(quelle hygiène!!!!).....Pour continuer, après le mauvais jour d'arrivée, c'est le mauvais logement qui a été préparer. Un logement pour 2 personnes or non étions 6...Je l'ai rappeler, me dit qu'il s'est "trompé" (encore une fois!!!!)Nous as dit qu'il pouvait nous préparer l'autre logement pour 16h or nous devions avoir les clés pour 12hNous n'étions pas disponible à 16h car nous avions des visites de prévu...Et vu la propreté du premier logement, il était hors de question de dormir dans cet endroit insalubre....J'ai contacté Abritel qui n'as pas donné suite à ma demande de remboursement(malgré le mauvais logement et les photos en appui sur la propreté) .... pour une première expérience avec Abritel, je ne suis près de refaire appel à leur plateforme pour d'autres réservation.Pour finir, j'ai demandé à l'hôte un remboursent vu tout ce qu'il c'était passé, mais à ce jour, aucune réponse!!!!!!Plateforme et hôte vraiment pas du sérieux....
