About this property

This newly decorated and remodeled Sanibel home is the perfect island retreat. Located off of Wulfert Rd near the Sanctuary, this stilt home features three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a huge, screened porch. Walk into the large living room with wood floors, views to the lanai and a flat screen TV. The large, remodeled kitchen features stainless appliances, wood floors, an abundance of windows and an open dining area with seating for six. Off the kitchen is a large laundry room with washer and dryer and additional storage. Relax and enjoy the views for the huge yard with tropical plantings in the expansive screened in lanai. The en-suite master bedroom features a comfy queen bed and newly tiled bathroom with shower. The first guest room has two twin beds and a large closet. The second guest room has a comfy queen and charming décor. The newly tiled guest bathroom has a new vanity and shower/tub combination.
Launch your boat into Dinkins Bayou from the community boat ramp at the end of the street. The prefect house to relax, enjoy nature, tropical sights and sounds as well as boating.
