Enjoy a property entirely located on the ground floor, offering 140 m² of comfort. The villa consists of: 4 bedrooms: one with a double bed and three with large double beds.

Living room: spacious with a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. Equipped kitchen: with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and coffee machine. 2 private bathrooms with shower.

Exterior: a private pool, a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue.

Services: Cleaning is included in your reservation. Please note that towels are available as an option at a rate of 9 euros per person.

A security deposit of 700 euros is required via credit card before your arrival. This amount will be fully released after your stay, provided no damages are found.

Access to the villa is very easy by car. You benefit from private and free parking directly on site. Arrival is done independently via a key box available 24/7, allowing you to access the premises with full flexibility from 4:00 PM.

We remain at your entire disposal to ensure your stay goes as smoothly as possible. Our interactions will mainly be through the booking platform's messaging system for any questions or assistance.

The villa is located in a calm and wooded neighborhood. It is an ideal location for hiking or mountain biking enthusiasts amidst truffle oak woods. You will stay in the immediate vicinity of Uzès (5 km) and its famous market, as well as 18 km from the Pont du Gard.

The property is not served by public transport. The use of a personal vehicle is essential to access the villa and fully enjoy the region's points of interest.
