Arrived at property to be told that it was not available to us as they were renovating the roof!No prior contact from Vrbo or owner so no knowledge of problem until we turned up to check in at 4pm.Very disappointingWe have also just arrived at our second destination only to find that property was sold to new owners in October 2025 and they were busy renovating house which was totally uninhabitable. They had no knowledge of Vrbo, our booking or anything else.On both occasions we had to alternative accommodation. Not a good start to our holiday
