Discover this pleasant apartment of 51 m² located on the 3rd and top floor of a residence with lift in Dinard. Just a few minutes' walk from the town centre and beaches, it is an ideal pied-à-terre for a stay for two between sea and discoveries on the Emerald Coast.



Upon your arrival, you will be welcomed into a bright living space. The lounge, comprising a comfortable sofa and a television, invites you to relax. A large bay window brings in beautiful natural light and provides access to a terrace of 14 m² facing West, perfect for enjoying an aperitif in the sun throughout the day. The dining area, located on the other side of the room, has a table that can accommodate up to 4 people.

The open-plan kitchen, with induction hob, is fully equipped: refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster and kettle and all the necessary utensils to prepare your meals with ease.



On the night side, the apartment has a comfortable bedroom with a King Size bed (180x200), a wardrobe and a chest of drawers for your personal belongings.



A bathroom with shower and hairdryer as well as a separate toilet complete the accommodation.



There is no private parking space, but free public parking is available 150 metres from the accommodation.



For added convenience, the apartment is also equipped with a washing machine.
