Holiday flat in the middle of the Idyll of the Palatinate Forest in Ludwigswinkel-Schöntal
Newly renovated 2 room apartment (53qm living space) with high quality furnishings in the idyllic Schöntal of the health resort Ludwigswinkel. The apartment is located in a quiet holiday home in the middle of the forest, 200 meters from the Schöntalweiher.
Several hiking trails and mountain bikestrecken of the Südwestpfalz and pass directly by the property. Ideal for nature lovers, family holidays, hiking enthusiasts or peace seekers.
Many recreational opportunities in the immediate vicinity such as the biosphere house, treetop path, several lakes, barefoot path, mini golf, pony farm, etc.
The Schöntalweiher invites you to swim in the summer and is managed all year round.
Especially welcome in our apartment families. The smallest ones sit safely in their high chairs and accompany their parents in the Kraxe through the woods. Her older siblings paddle on our dinghy on the Schöntalweiher and strengthen themselves at the dinner from the grill.

Schöne Wohnung, tolle Lage nah am See. Es war immer leicht, einen Parkplatz zu finden.Die Wohnung ist mit allem, was man benötigt, ausgestattet (sogar eine Waschmaschine und ein Elektrogrill). Balkon und Fensterseite nach Osten ermöglicht ein Frühstück in der Morgensonne.Die Wohnumgebung ist ruhig. Lediglich die Infrarotheizungen haben uns nicht vollends überzeugt, insb im Schlafzimmer hängt diese direkt über den Kinderbett, mit hängenden Stromkabel über das Bett.Die tatsächliche Wärme, die dadurch entsteht, ist gerint, sofern man nicht direkt davor steht.

Das Appartement hat die Erwartungen übertroffen. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gepflegt und mit Bedacht auf Details ausgestattet. Hier fühlt man sich wohl, auch wenns mal regnet. Absolut ruhige Lage, in ein paar Minuten erreicht man fußläufig den Weiher oder weitläufige Wandermöglichkeiten. Alles in allem - Erholung pur.

Entspannen und Erlebnisse
Aufenthalt war sehr schön und angenehm.
Die Fewo war gut auch von der Ausstattung . Alles für einen angenehmen Urlaub.
Tische auf dem Balkon sollten ausgetauscht werden. Leider ist die Wohnung nicht barierenfrei.( 2 Stock).
Für Familie mit bis zu 2 Kinder ist Sie zu empfehlen. Rad- und Wanderwege sehr gut, auch für andere Freizeitaktivitäten.
. Der Balkon liegt Nachmittags im Schatten, sehr gut
an heissen Tagen.
Würde die Fewo wieder buchen wenn Sie Barrierefrei wäre.

Gut ausgestattete Familienunterkunft
Wir haben 2 Nächte in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sauber, ordentlich, ausreichend groß und vor allem sehr, sehr gut ausgestattet (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, ... sogar ein Schlauchboot und ein Raclette-Grill sind vorhanden!), wir würden allenfalls empfehlen, eigene Kochmesser mitzubringen. Das Haus selbst ist schwer aus der Zeit gefallen, aber die Lage ist ideal - für Ausflüge zum benachbarten Badesee, zum Baumwipfelpfad in Fischbach oder zu den wunderschönen Burgen der Region.
Für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern, die zu viert mit einem Schlafzimmer klarkommt, definitiv eine Empfehlung.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung
Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Großes gemütliches Sofa und moderne Küche. Wald direkt hinter dem Haus. Sehr ruhige Lage.

Super Lage! Solide Ausstattung
Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in Ludwigswinkel! Die Laufdistanz zum Weiher, der gemütliche Balkon, die toll ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine und die extrem ruhige Nachbarschaft haben unsere Zeit dort zu einem sehr Erholsamen Erlebnis gemacht!

Wohnung gut, Ambiente mittel
Die Whg ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Die Ferienanlage ist stark in die Jahre gekommen. Eingangsbereich und Treppenhaus sind ungemütlich und nicht einladend. Es gibt keinen Internet oder W-Lan Anschluss.

Ruhig und erholsma
Wir haben alles perfekt wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Falls wir wieder in die Gegend kommen, würden wir gerne wieder hier wohnen.

Einige Verbesserungen möglich
Leider war die Spülmaschine bei Anreise noch mit dreckigem Geschirr gefüllt, am zweiten Tag gab es nur noch kaltes Wasser. Ansonsten ok.

Ideal für erholsame Urlaube
Trotz anhaltender Corona-Maßnahmen in Gaststätten, konnten wir unseren Urlaub in der angenehm eingerichteten Ferienwohnung und der sehr schönen Umgebung genießen.
