Windjammer 402, where coastal charm meets luxury comforts! Whether it is the morning sunrise over the Atlantic with a cup of coffee in your hand, or the spectacular sunsets over the Inter-coastal waterway; this condo is the perfect destination for you!

Inside the condo, guests will find themselves at home with free wi-fi, cable tv, plush seating in the living room and a well appointed kitchen, stocked with everything you need to cook your family meals.

The sliding doors open to your oceanfront balcony, with plenty of high quality deck furniture for the family to gather and watch the waves come ashore onto the sugar sand beaches, which are easily accessible via the communities private beach walkover.

The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, has a king sized bed, TV, and plenty of room to stretch out after a day of beach combing, while the guest bedroom boasts a queen bed and a set of twin bunk beds for the kids. The guest bedroom also has its own Tv as well.

Two parking spots are available for guests, including one in the garage area with easy access to the elevator!

On site you will find a swimming pol, tennis courts, a community grill, and a private dock across A1A in case you would like to drop a line and do a little inter-coastal fishing while you’re here!

All renters must be 25 years of age and rentals are restricted to a minimum 7 night stay.

June and July rentals are Saturday to Saturday only please, without exception.

Beautiful place

Condo was beautiful and well equipped. Nice appliances. Master bedroom and bath are great, second bedroom good for kids. View was amazing!

Right on the beach!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was very comfortable for 4 of us. It was clean and they supplied exactly what they said they would. It was nice to have a garage for parking. The only negative couple of things was the pool was closed while we were there as it didn't pass inspection. People still got in it, but we didn't feel comfortable doing that. They kept saying the inspector should be back out any time. The other thing was all the beach chairs that were there were broken. We weren't promised any beach supplies, so no worries. We did go and buy chairs and an umbrella and left them there. Overall it was a wonderful trip!! St. Augustine is lovely and charming. I would definitely stay in this condo again.

Great family place!

The condo was very clean, and beautifully decorated. The beach was gorgeous and very family friendly! Amazing sunrise and sunset views! I would definitely recommend!

Relaxing Week at the Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here by chance (original location was under construction), but this turned out to be a fantastic rental! The Ocean View is amazing with gorgeous views of the sunrise. The Apartment was beautiful, comfortable & updated. Bath & Kitchen Towels provided as well as basic toiletries. All appliances worked well. Plenty of outdoor seating on the balcony. It is located on a quiet & less busy section of beach about a 20 minute drive to downtown Saint Augustine. Plenty of restaurants & coffee shops in driving distance. The elevator was under repair for 3 days, so the stair climb up was doable, but steamy in the August heat. Otherwise, highly recommend this location.

Another Relaxing Vacation at Windjammer

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was immaculate, the balcony views were amazing, and we had an awesome vacation week. The only issue was the 2nd bedroom shower wasn't working, so the four of us had to share one shower (which delayed some of our getting out to evening dinners, shopping, etc. throughout the week). Unfortunately a plumber did not arrive to fix it until Friday (our last day), so the girls got to use the shower once for the week. Otherwise, our stay was perfect...
