Welcome to our vacation home. Our family uses the home while they are in town from out of state and the remaining days of the year, it's available for guests to enjoy. It is brand new construction and fully stocked with vacation travelers in mind.
The downstairs features an attached one-car garage, an eat-in kitchen that opens into a great room, and a half bath. The kitchen has a dishwasher, gas range, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. Enjoy some lemonade outside on the back patio complete with a barbecue grill and hot tub.
Upstairs you’ll find three bedrooms, each with a brand new queen-size memory foam mattress. Two bathrooms and a washer and dryer complete the upstairs. The bathrooms are stocked with toiletries and other necessities that are available for your use.
Outside, you’ll find a half-mile trail that takes you to the beautiful Gallatin River, a world-class fly fishery and soothing sight for everyone. Fly fishing/catch and release, in season. A mile away, you can soak in the natural baths, take a fitness class, or enjoy a spa treatment at Bozeman Hot Springs. Multiple restaurants are located in the area, with more fabulous eateries just a short drive away in Bozeman.
The house is within close proximity to the city of Bozeman. In the winter, bring your cross country skis to get some exercise, or enjoy downhill skiing at Bridger Bowl Ski Area which is just 25 miles away. For a resort skiing experience, visit Big Sky Resort, just 44 miles away.
In the summer, take advantage of the many hiking trails in Bozeman. Or, if you're more into speed, bring your mountain bike to explore the trails. Visit Fairy Lake, Hyalite Canyon, or the caverns at Lewis and Clark State Park in Three Forks. At Missouri Headwaters State Park, you can see the place where the Jefferson, Gallatin, and Madison Rivers combine to create the Mighty Missouri River. For the aquatically interested, take an inner tube or kayak down the river, or go white water rafting on the Gallatin or Yellowstone River. If you're adventurous, why not raft down the Yankee Jim Canyon north of Gardiner on your way to the park? No trip to Montana is complete without heading down to Yellowstone National Park to see the natural wonders and wildlife. Be sure to drive through the town of Livingston and Paradise Valley on your way.

Guests will have access to the entire home, garage, yard and patio, hot tub, plus access to the Gallatin River via a shared trail.
While we will be happy to promptly respond to any texts, calls, or emails, it’s not likely that we will meet you personally during your trip. If you’d like to meet, we would be happy to do so.
The house is located in a newly constructed subdivision in the neighborhood called Four Corners. Four Corners is the intersection of two main roads in Bozeman. From this intersection, you can head north to Belgrade, east to downtown Bozeman, south to Big Sky and West Yellowstone, or west to Norris. The house is located on a trail that leads to the Gallatin River, a world class fly fishery and a breathtaking sight.
Four Corners has multiple restaurants, a hot springs, gas stations, coffee shops, fly shops, and more.
While we do have Uber and taxis, the best way to get around is to rent a car. You won’t want to miss the gorgeous Montana scenery only accessible by back roads and spending a day exploring. Bozeman Airport has major car rental companies.
Please note that prior to your arrival, we'll verify your identity. We'll also collect your choice of a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.

The house is located in a subdivision. Please no loud parties or late night noise. Please treat the home, the furnishings, and the neighbors with respect.
Check in time is at your convenience, anytime after 4 pm. Check out time is 11 am.
If you need a late checkout, we are happy to accommodate these requests up to 24 hours in advance of your arrival (preferably at the time of booking) for the fee of $25 per hour. Sorry, we are not able to accommodate late checkout requests made within 24 hours of checkout.
We are unable to guarantee early check-in times as we are often cleaning up after the previous guests up until your arrival time. If you’d like to drop your bags, we can accommodate this after 12:00 pm on the day of your arrival. Upon request, we also can message you when the property is clean and ready for you.
Unplanned late checkouts will be charged $50 per hour. We’ll give you a 10 minute grace period before the charge is incurred. While this may seem strict, we’re just passing on the charges we incur from our cleaning team when they have to wait for you to depart before they can begin cleaning (they are very prompt).
