Beautiful house with lots character and large property for the kids to play and explore! The pool was the highlight, perfect swimming temperature and the salt water was easy on the skin.

The property was lovely and met all of our needs. It was a great place for our girls weekends. Instructions were very clear and the comfy farmhouse details made this feel like a home away from home. Thanks, our group was already thinking about booking again in the future - when it's warm so we can take advantage of the pool.

We had a great stay for our family gathering of about 20 people. The house is beautiful and there are lots of sleeping spaces and gathering areas. There were plenty of towels and toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and detergent etc. sometimes I have found that hosts skimp on these but we truly had enough. We had 6 couples and several teenagers. Our complaints were minimal: two of the listed bedrooms you had to walk through other bedrooms to access them so that was limiting for privacy. The pool was warmed but could not go warmer than 80 and we usually prefer 84. No shampoo/conditioner/body wash that we are used to having in airbnb/vrbos. The house is next door to an event venue so there were loud weddings happening for two of the nights, which was somewhat bothersome. These are all nitty gritty complaints, however, we really did have a great time and would absolutely consider coming back if we ever get together in this area again.

Wonderful home for family and friends

The home has several bedrooms each with at least a queen size bed. The kitchen is large and there are two living rooms which allow people to gather without feeling as if you are on top of each other. Check in was easy and the pool and hot tube are fantastic. We would definitely stay there again.

Annual High School Buddies Golf Trip

Good for 10-12 Golfers aged 65+ for annual golf trip. Pool and party garage were a “hit” and we really enjoyed all of the bs stories around the fire pit in the evening. Very nice place for gathering old friends.

Wedding weekend

We had our wedding ay Birdseye Barn at Western Star which is right next door. Garage provided for a nice informal rehearsal dinner location. Out of town family had a perfect relaxing place to stay.

Amazing and historic

I can't recommend this place enough. Absolutely beautiful house and property, that strikes the perfect balance between historic/rustic yet remodeled and clean. All the amenities were in perfect order, rules are very clear and helpful. Jesse was a pleasure to deal with. Loved my weekend here!

Wonderful Family Christmas Gathering

Perfect property for our families to gather from Florida, Colorado, Arizona and local hometown Ohio family members!! Everything was lovely! Room for everyone to lounge and visit, kitchen space great for gatherings to cook and visit, too!! We all enjoyed every minute spent there!! We will treasure the new memories we made there. Great location, easy to get to local stores, Canton, Akron and Massillon. Lovely property!!

Historic Getaway

Great place for large groups, especially families. The house never felt its age. We really enjoyed our stay. Lots of rules and procedures with costly penalties attached. Did not run into any issues though. Overall great stay and we would return.

Wonderful wedding weekend

We booked this property to accommodate our large extended family for our son’s wedding in Akron. The house was perfect for all of us to get ready, share meals and relax together. We found the property over the top stocked. The pool was amazing and loads of fun. Even though it’s a Quiet setting we were convenient to everything! Jesse was super nice and responsive!

Incredible property

We gathered as family to honor our parents who passed away in the last two years. Multi- generational family members enjoyed all this property has to offer. The wonderful pool, fire pit and spacious house allowed all of us to relax during our time together to the fullest. We are locals who wanted to find a space to accommodate all of us and our schedules. This was the ideal location and property!

Graces Wedding

My Granddaughter was married on Saturday at The Barn at Canal Fulton My children and grandchildren (15 altogether) arrived on Friday afternoon and we all left on Sunday. The lovely Farmhouse felt like home and it was just perfect to have everyone under one roof for this beautiful occasion. All rooms were well appointed and had everything that we needed

Beautiful Home in Norton

We rented this beautiful rustic home to celebrate our oldest son's college graduation. The 3 car heated garage was perfect for hosting guests, & the home was stunning, exactly as pictured! Plenty of space for everyone & Jesse, the owner was very responsive to all communications. I can only hope to rent this property again in the summer to enjoy the new heated pool! Thank you so much for an amazing stay & grad weekend, Jesse!

Fun Time

We were in town for a Celebration of Life for our parents. This house provided the perfect venue for us to gather together with friends and family. The house and grounds had ample space that you didn’t feel cramped or crowded. The “Celebration Hall* (as we called the garage area) was a perfect place for meals, games or visiting. The pool was a welcome respite from the heat. Jesse was very responsive to any questions. Would totally stay here in the future.
