Stroll the Miami Beach Boardwalk or unwind with a lazy lounge day at one of the four on-site pools. Need a break from the sun? Engage in some retail therapy at the premier retail shops along Collins Avenue or take in an art exhibit at The Bass contemporary art museum. The options are endless, and this residence is the perfect launching point for your Miami adventure.

GUEST SERVICES:
Our private concierge will be on-premises to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. They are at your disposal to fulfill a multitude of requests, including a private chef, maid service, groceries, yacht charters, private tours, tickets to events, dining reservations, or any other special request you may have.

GETTING AROUND:
The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. You will be within walking distance of the famed Lincoln Road, as well as plenty of shopping and restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
• Valet parking is available at the regular hotel valet rate.
• Room service is not available.
• Daily resort fee charged by the hotel of $55/day plus tax for rentals less than 30 days.
• Rentals over 30 days have access to room service, complimentary valet for one car, and waived resort fees.
• Pets: We follow the hotel's rules regarding pets. Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $150 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit is required. No other pet type is allowed. Residence owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval.
• Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary hotel operator.
• Bookings of 6 nights or longer will require a mid-week clean of $225 plus tax every 6 days to maintain the quality of the residence. It includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made.
• We will require your signature of the terms and conditions and a copy of your identification card to be submitted within 24 hours of this booking. LRMB reserves the right to cancel this reservation without notice if the required signatures and ID card are not submitted within 24 hours of this booking.
• We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of the total rental cost so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances. Contact us for more information.

Great Stay
This unit was in great shape, and the entire process from check in to check out were easy and convenient. Have access to all hotel amenities except room service which wasn’t a big deal. Would rent from them again.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: as I have already mentioned by email, here is my perception of our stay. the property was very clean, well organized, easy to check in and the whole team was very nice with us. You just sinned in the end by sending us a charge for something we hadn't broken, on the contrary, we tried to make the property as clean and organized as possible. we have a 2 year old baby and our concern was that she would break something in the apartment, but we took good care of it, we kept everything so she wouldn't have access. it was frustrating to receive an email that instead of praising the care we had with the apartment, it was an email with a charge for something we didn't do, see that it was not asked if we had broken something, but we were accused of having charged. sad to see the way the company deals with this situation, which will certainly be decisive in the customers' evaluation to decide if they will become customers or not, if they will recommend the company to friends or not. We are very calm and we will definitely stay with you again but you need to be careful how you deal with the customer after the sale, sometimes you can lose a customer who will bring a lot of money to your company because of a detail that must be seen as depreciation of the company, an accounting that must be included in all business planning. thank you very much and see you soon.
