Spacious Studio with high ceilings
Spacious studio in East LA with high ceilings. Comes internet with Netflix, HBO max, and Prime video. Does not have a kitchen but has a conventional oven, microwave, mini fridge and a Keurig for coffee lovers! Parking can be hard to find after 6-7pm but short walking distance to many bus stops that take you anywhere you need to go! Please don’t hesitate to reach out for any questions.

Parking was terrible
There was a rat making a lot of noise at night, also the place wasn't clean, and smell. Really bad when we arrived.

Hi Jose,
First thank you for booking, it’s unfortunate you didn’t enjoy your stay. I always make sure to accommodate my guest as much as possible and believe communication is important for that. You didn’t reach out to me at all during your stay to let me know about a possible rat and would of loved to work something out if that were the case . No other guest has alerted me of this but I will make sure to investigate and fix any issue.
As for the cleanliness, I’m not sure what smell you’re referring to and what exactly wasn’t clean. I inspected the studio after cleaning and also couldn’t allow you to check in early as, you requested, specifically because cleaning was being done.
Again thank you for your stay , I would just suggest reaching out to your host in the future if you have any problems so we can try to rectify any issues.
