The spacious 18 m² living room invites you to unwind after a day at the seaside. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. The Saint-Laurent-de-la-Prée train station is 6 km away, and the Rochefort thermal baths are a 15-minute drive.

To be paid upon arrival: two security deposits: €500 for the rental, €70 for cleaning, and the tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival:

- Linens: bed linen €12 (one flat sheet, one fitted sheet, and two pillowcases) per bed per week; set of two bath or beach towels €12 per week; set of two bath mats €7 per week; kitchen linen (two tea towels and two hand towels) €7 per week.

- Cleaning: €70.
The rental is for a stay that begins on the day of arrival from 2:30 pm and ends on the day of departure by 10:00 am at the latest.
