ROSE Holidays offers this pleasant two-storey house, ideal for a family or friends' stay. Functional and well-arranged, it offers comfortable spaces to get together while preserving everyone's privacy.

Located near the port, it allows you to easily enjoy walks, shops and the maritime atmosphere.



Capacity: up to 5 people.



Housing comprising:



Friendly living room-lounge, ideal for relaxation moments

Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and Dolce Gusto, kettle, toaster), dining table with 5 chairs



The rooms, located on the first floor:

Room 1: double bed

Room 2: two single beds

Room 3: a single bed of 110 for 1 person



Bathroom with shower and toilet on the ground floor



Basement with laundry room, convenient for multi-day stays

Arrival: from 4 PM (not before)

Departure: by 10 AM at the latest (not after)



Late Arrivals

A late arrival service after 9 pm is available at an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.



Accommodation Prepared for Your Arrival

The accommodation will be ready for you upon your arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included for a completely relaxed arrival.



Exit Instructions Mandatory

The included housekeeping corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

Wash and put away the dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the rubbish to the indicated locations

Gather used linen in the entrance of the accommodation



In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if a thorough cleaning is deemed necessary, an additional charge will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)



48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:
