Like staying with friends! Individual designed beach apartment on the 6th floor with majestic ocean views in first sea line.

The apartment on the 6th floor (elevator available) is about 64 sqm and offers sea views from every window. The flat has a bedroom, bathroom with rainshower, a spacious living/dining/kitchen area and a storage room. The large covered and glazed balcony (about 11 sqm) faces east to the bay of Cala Millor, but also provides free views inland towards the mountains in the west.

With great attention to detail, the bright flat is stylishly furnished according to the motto 'Modern purism meets Belle Époque'. The double bed in the bedroom is 180 x 200 cm (two mattresses) and the living room couch is extendable (about 150 x 200 cm) - so there is space for 3 people.

The apartment also offers books (German, English), games, stereo, Astra satellite receiver, flat-screen TV and free WiFi.

Get out of bed – into the sea and pure holiday fun: The high-quality apartment complex “Sa Maniga” in Cala Millor (formerly “Protur Cala Millor Playa Apartment”-Hotel), which was completely renovated in 2015, is located directly on the beach of the popular seaside resort in the eastern part of the Balearic island of Mallorca. The house spans a total of six floors with two different staircases and in the ground floor commercial uses such as supermarkets and restaurants are housed. Our apartments are located on the 2nd and 6th floor (elevator available) with direct ocean view from almost every window. Each of them offers a spacious living/dining/kitchen area, a bathroom with rain shower as well as a covered and glazed balcony with a breathtaking view of the sea, beach and palm trees, which is just a stone’s throw away.

All four apartments are very bright and comfortably designed - like a private home. Furnishings and equipment are kept on a very high level with a strong focus on individual design. The rooms provide air conditioning and heating.

The new and modern bathrooms await guests with a large and luxurious rain shower.
The spacious living/dining area integrates the kitchen - equipped with ceramic hob, microwave with grill or oven, large fridge with separate freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishes/glasses/silverware, pots/pans/dishes.
Sat TV (Astra), free Internet access (WIFI) and a washing machine are provided as well.

Ajuntament De Son Servera and Regional Museum of Arta are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Pula Golf and Club De Golf de Son Servera. Fantasy Park and Safari Zoo are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and scuba diving offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and horse riding nearby.

Wir hatten in der Wohnung eine tolle Woche. Alles war modern, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Betten komfortabel, die Dusche hervorragend. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet und alle sin ausreichender Menge, Geschirr, Besteck und auch Gewürze usw. wir hatten eine tolle Aussicht und der Strand ist direkt vor der Tür. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Sejour couple trentenaire peu fêtard !Appartement au 6eme étage avec vue mer conforme à l'annonce !Plage à pied à la sortie de l'immeuble.Facile de se garer gratuitement.Climatisé et tout équipé.Petit bémol qui nous a pas dérangé rideau/volet peu occultant peu déranger si on souhaite faire des grasses matinées.Hotel en face avec animation le soir environ 20h-23h peut être désagréable si on souhaite un calme parfait.Mais parfait pour nous et très raisonnable comparativement à tout le reste.Idéalement situé pour profiter de la vie nocture sans excès Je recommande fortement !

Urlaub Anfang Oktober

Eine schöne Wohnung für zwei Personen mit tollem Blick auf das Meer. Leider befindet sich seit etwa zwei Monaten ein "neues" Hotel direkt gegenüber, das abends von etwa 21:00 Uhr bis 23:00 Uhr Animation hat. Da sich die Bühne direkt gegenüber der Wohnung und des Balkons befindet, ist es teilweise extrem laut. Im Umfeld befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch Gastronomie, die gut sind. Der Strand vor Ort ist schön und war im Oktober nicht überlaufen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter bzw. der Verwaltung war sehr angenehm und auch bei Nachfrage bekam man kurzfristig Rückmeldung.

Kritik

Handtücher waren eine Katastrophe. Nach dem Abtrocknen hatte man das halbe Handtuch auf dem Körper, ganz ehrlich… auch beim zweiten Satz war das so. Selbst in der Unterwäsche sind noch jede Menge Fusseln hängen geblieben. Die Handtücher sind bestimmt im Chino Bazar gekauft worden. Neben der Anlage wird zur Zeit ein Hotel entkernt. Uns wurde zwar gesagt dass es Lärmbelästigung geben könnte aber dass sechs Tage in der Woche von 7 bis 17?Uhr Presslufthämmer zu Gange sind wurde nicht gesagt. ( es wurde gesagt ab 8 Uhr Morgens, tatsächlich wurde um 7 Uhr begonnen.) In so einer Phase kann man diese Wohnung eigentlich nicht vermieten oder ehrlich sein… oder einen Rabatt anbieten.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit tollem Ausblick in einer tollen Umgebung, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet alles was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt ist da, wir haben das erste Mal eine Ferienwohnung gebucht und haben wohl direkt Glück gehabt und den richtigen Ferien-. Schöner Urlaub auf Mallorca

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung von Christian. Herzlichen Dank. Es war alles Tipp top sauber, alles, was man brauchte, war vorhanden. Die Lage zum Strand ist genial (der an dieser Stelle nicht so überlaufen ist) und auch zur Stadt. Die Klimaanlage läuft prima und der Balkon ist nur am frühen Morgen und späten Abend von der Sonne betankt - da wird es nicht so heiß. Es gab immer ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten für den Mietwagen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt am und ums Haus herum vorhanden. Wir haben alles sehr genossen und werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Sandra and I come from Augsburg, Germany. We have dedicated ourselves to being a promoter for music travels and concerts. Our company is doing business in three European countries and welcomes guests from over 30 countries every year.

In 2011, we visited Mallorca for the first time and we fell in love with the country and the people at first sight. That was the reason, why we also got professionally active on the island just in the following year. In 2012, we did our "1st Mallorca Smooth Jazz Festival" in Sa Coma, neighboring Cala Millor, and since then, the festival has been taking place there every year on the first weekend in May.

Also personally and privately, people, climate and landscape have pulled us in their spell – that’s why we spend as much time as possible on the island. To us, Mallorca just means: "High quality of life !!!"

To us, Mallorca just means: „High quality of Life!!” And this claim, we took into consideration in the selection of the apartments:
The location is just ideal and incredibly varied: Situated at the southern end of the bay of Cala Millor, you can not only enjoy unique panoramic views from the apartment's balcony, but also from almost every window. 20 meters in front of you extends the white sand beach with its clear water. If you look to the left, you will see, in an agreeable distance, the tourist center of Cala Millor (the pedestrian zone is within 5 minutes walking distance). On the right side extends, after about 200 meters, the natural park of Punta de n'Amer with numerous walking trails and gorgeous vegetation.
