Ideally located a few minutes from the motorway, close to the train station and 20 minutes from Toulon-Hyères airport. Only 25 minutes from the beaches of Hyères and Toulon, Solliès-Pont and its surroundings offer all amenities.

Enjoy a real little cocoon for a getaway for two, a peaceful environment for teleworking or holidays with family or friends with many facilities for young and old: swimming pool, trampoline, swing, petanque court and large outdoor spaces.

A pleasant place to relax, enjoy the sun and live at your own pace.

Possibility to organise events (maximum 12 people) subject to special pricing and special conditions. As the house is located in a quiet residential area, respect for the area is essential: music at a reasonable volume and no noise pollution, especially in the evening and at night.

Your accommodation

The outbuilding is located within the owners' house, while being totally independent thanks to its private entrance.

• a living/dining room with a 140 cm sofa bed;
• a fully equipped kitchen;
• a bathroom with toilet;
• a large bedroom with a 180 cm bed and a 140 cm BZ;
• a small outdoor courtyard adjoining the kitchen;
• a parking space inside the property.

You can also enjoy the large garden with swimming pool, sun loungers, petanque court, trampoline, swing and hammock. These spaces are usually shared with the owners, while letting you take full advantage of the facilities and the garden.

To welcome you, coffee and tea, oil and vinegar, salt and pepper are at your disposal.
Linen (kitchen, bed and toilet) as well as soap and body/hair gel are provided.
Small cleaning kit (rubbish bags, sponge, dishcloth, washing-up liquid, cleaning spray) is provided.

Access to the accommodation is self-contained with a key box.
Access to the accommodation and property is reserved only for the people indicated at the time of booking.

The outbuilding can also host, on request, private events or gatherings of up to 12 people: family meals, birthdays, reunions with friends or other small events. The reception will take place outdoors, as the interior is too small to accommodate more than 6 people.
The organisation of an event is subject to our prior agreement, special conditions and specific pricing. Do not hesitate to tell us about your project when you make your booking request so that we can check together that the venue is suitable. When an event is organised and validated with us, the outdoor areas and the swimming pool are fully reserved for you during the event.
