Living room with TV, sofa bed, and sofa. Shower room with shower and sink, separate WC. Kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, mini-oven, dishwasher, and washing machine – fully equipped for cooking. (Former 3-star Gîtes de France) The kitchen opens onto a terrace with garden furniture and 3 barbecues. Carport. Ideal for those seeking peace and quiet, a change of scenery. Many unique sites are nearby (CNCS Moulins, Noyant-Souvigny Pagoda, the village of Charroux, Vichy, Le PAL (amusement and animal park)). A €180 security deposit is required upon arrival.
