"Hut flair" at the lake, with a fireplace and WiFi! Newly renovated !

Modern, cozy holiday home furnished in Harz style (No. 50).
Newly renovated, with great attention to detail furnished holiday home with fireplace, on the lake in Clausthal-Zellerfeld.
The house is very idyllic and quiet in a small holiday park, right by the forest and only 150 m from the lake (bathing lake). Here you can relax wonderfully and leave everyday life behind.
Clausthal-Zellerfeld is located in the heart of the Harz Mountains and is an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours, motorcycle tours, fishing and tobogganing and skiing in winter.
Shops are just around the corner, by car in about 5 minutes.
There is a restaurant on the holiday park that offers delicious, inexpensive dishes.
The house has a newly renovated bathroom, with window and shower.
A new kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, blender, baking molds etc.!
Two bedrooms:
a room with a double bed 160x200, a room with two single beds 90x200
A large living room with fireplace, flat Smart TV, stereo, WiFi / Internet
Covered terrace with garden furniture, including two loungers, and grill
Own fenced property (370 sqm).

A sled is available in winter.
1-2 dogs (depending on size) allowed, 5 euros per night
We ask you not to smoke in our holiday home!

All energy costs are already included in the rental price

Bed linen, towels and tea towels are not included in the rental price. But can be booked for a fee if desired.

Sehr gepflegte, gemütlich eingerichtete Unterkunft. Ideal gelegen, um schöne Wanderungen zu unternehmen. Wir und unsere Hunde haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Viele Seen in der näheren Umgebung, wo auch die Hunde schwimmen dürfen.

Toller Urlaub mit Kind und Hund

Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt, auf der Terrasse konnte man toll die Sonne genießen und wir haben alles vorgefunden, was wir gebraucht haben. Die Zimmer sind zwar klein, aber das Wohnzimmer groß und geräumig. Und die Lage so nah am Wald und See war toll für die Spaziergänge mit Hund und Kind. Und man konnte in der Umgebung viel erleben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Alles prima!

Ich kann mich den Vorbewertern nur anschließen. Es ist alles sauber und v.a. vorhanden, was man sich wünscht. Trotz Ferienanlage ist es super ruhig und ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um den Westen des Harzes zu besichtigen. Falls ihr euch einige Gebühren sparen möchtet, dann bucht doch direkt bei Frau Adam, der Ferienpark heißt Waldsee.

Urlaub mit Hund

Schönes kleines Häuschen mit viel Charme, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht…. sogar Kaffee lag bereit (mit Kaffeekasse daneben), was uns sehr gefallen hat :) Allerdings sind die Schlafzimmer sehr klein und man muss ins Doppelbett reinklettern, dafür war das Wohnzimmer und auch die Terrasse super. Umgebung ist fantastisch,auch für Hunde toll. Restaurant gleich um die Ecke hat leckeres Essen und man muss nicht weit fahren.

Liebevoll gestaltetes Haus direkt am See

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem hübschen Ferienhaus. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage direkt am See war super für morgendliche und abendliche Runden mit dem Hund und ein toller und zentraler Ausgangspunkt um weitere Orte im Harz zu besuchen. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Harz mit Regen der nicht gestört hat dank Haus 50

Sehr nett eingerichtetes gepflegtes Haus mit allem was benötigt wird. Sehr sauber und unkompliziert. Auch bei Regen sehr gut dort auszuhalten, gemütlich. Empfehlenswert.

Die Einrichtung des Hauses hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Herrlich ruhige Lage am Wald, ohne Autoverkehr am Haus. Ideale Lage für Wanderungen, Angelerlebnisse und Ausflüge. Außerdem sehr Hundfreundlich!

Das Ferienhaus ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Ausstattung war perfekt. Das Haus sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war freundlich. Liebevoll eingerichtetes und hervorragend ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in toller Lage am Waldsee. Wir waren hier 4 Tage zum Wandern, Baden, Natur genießen und Entspannen am Kamin. Das eingezäunte Grundstück hat auch unseren Hund gefreut. Fazit: gerne wieder!

Wie Zuhause!!!

Super schön eingerichtet, hier fühlt man sich wohl. So gemütlich und sauber. Hier ist der Besucher noch König, es fehlt an nichts. Vielen Dank Frau Adam. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen, solch eine tolle Unterkunft findet man eher selten.
