The holiday home: Modern gem with a magnificent view, unique location & sauna

The house is a year-round gem with a magnificent mountain view. Modern and carefully renovated, it impresses with its unique location: a stone's throw to the high alpine lifts, stroll to the supermarket, bike to the crystal-clear Achensee, cross-country trails and hiking trails start on the terrace. The chalet for connoisseurs (maximum six adults plus two children) sauna, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, terraces with a unique view. W-Lan, TV, table tennis, Thermomix (tm5) and much more provide couples, families and friends with a wellness experience.

The holiday home has been renovated to offer its guests plenty of space for a wonderful vacation with many amenities: three different and lovingly designed bedrooms, a kitchen with Thermomix and a smaller tea kitchen. A sauna session in the wellness bath is the neat and perfect end to a day of skiing or hiking. You will also find a separate toilet and shower room. A particularly convivial place is the living room with its grandiose view of the mountains. This view can only be topped from one of the two terraces. Here you can read, sunbathe, dine with a uniquely beautiful mountain view, just let your mind wander. And if you don't feel like preparing breakfast yourself, simply register with the neighbor, the Zillertalerhof, for the extensive breakfast buffet.

Your car is protected in the carport, skis and bikes find their place in the all-purpose room or in the small shed on the carport. So that the holiday home remains what it is, a unique gem, we kindly ask you to treat it with consideration.

Please understand that in the high season we can only rent on a weekly basis. Prices in the absolute high season (such as Christmas, New Year's Eve, first week of January, Mardi Gras) are only possible after consultation.
