Beautiful Midcentury modern 4 bedroom home

Updated and stylish midcentury modern home in the classy Oakway neighborhood nestled at the end of a quiet dead-end street! Everything you could want are within just a few miles so getting around is effortless whether you walk, bike, or drive! Just 1 mile to the Oakway Center, 2 miles to Autzen stadium or 5th St Public Market, 3 miles to Matthew Knight Arena! We can't wait for you to enjoy this lovely home! Please be respectful of the neighbors/hood, we do maintain relationships with them.

The house is located on a 1/3 acre professionally landscaped private lot with a fully fenced back yard. A ping pong table, foosball, and shuffleboard tables are available for use in the garage. A propane grill is also available. Rooms are spacious with ample closet space.

The kitchen is well stocked for all your needs including a full set of pots and pans, baking sheets, and cooking utensils. Wine bottle opener and glasses are available for your use. Additionally we have a tradition 12 cup coffee maker in addition to Keurig coffee maker with pods available. A highchair and pack-n-play are available on site.

There is off-street parking, 2 spaces in the driveway, and street parking is also available.

Wonderful propriety in a quiet and well-maintained neighborhood. The home is clean and offers plenty of space for large groups. Easy walk to Autzen if you are going to a game and just a quick 5-8 min drive to campus.
