The Seeresidenz completed in 2013 is located about 120m from the beach in Börgerende. For trips into the surrounding area and many leisure activities, the Seeresidenz is the ideal starting point - and at the same time the perfect place to retreat and find peace and relaxation. The individually furnished 2- to 3-room apartments all have balcony or terrace, underfloor heating as well as beautiful bathrooms with floor-level showers. Each apartment has an underground parking space.

Welcome to this beautiful apartment with Baltic Sea view from the balcony - free Wi-Fi available.  We cordially invite you to enjoy your holiday in this modern 2-room apartment with direct view to the beach (textile, nudist, dog beach are separated from each other) about 120 meters away from the first floor of the Seeresidenz.   Compared to the larger houses, the Seeresidenz offers you a lot of peace for the active recreation due to the small number of apartments. The comfortable floor heating, the cozy fireplace and the modern kitchen of the apartment meet the highest demands.   In addition to a flat-screen TV, a DVD player and a music system, you will find a comfortable sleeping couch in the tastefully furnished living room, additional blind blinds guarantee undisturbed sleep. From the living room you come directly to the spacious balcony. Here you can relax on the sun lounger or enjoy the breakfast in the morning sun on the balcony table on cushioned chairs.   The living room open kitchen with refrigerator incl. Freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob with extractor fan, coffee maker, water cooker and toaster.   The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a large wardrobe and a flatscreen TV with DVD player. You can also reach the balcony from here.   In the cozy bathroom you will find a spacious floor-to-ceiling shower, modern wash-basin with hairdryer and cosmetic mirror, towel radiator and WC. ���� The apartment has an additional storage room with laundry and vacuum cleaner.   You can park your car free of charge in the closed underground car park, the nearby bike rental provides modern mobility with mobility. In the lockable bicycle rooms these can then be placed underneath.   Non-smoking accommodation, dogs are allowed (from 14 nights a dog is free of charge) - will be charged separately (6,00 € / night and 12,00 € pet cleaning).   Laundry, childrens bed and high chair chargeable. This has already been taken into account when pricing the rental conditions. To your apartment belongs an underground parking space. Please note the clearance height of max. 1,90m. If the maximum clearance is exceeded, it is possible to switch to a paid parking in the immediate vicinity.  

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
