About this property

3-room apartment with 2 balconies and small sea view - only 200 m to the beach

The name of our holiday apartment 'Aft Sea' you can take literally. It is located only 200 m from the Baltic Sea beach and the Baltic Sea hiking trail and invites you to a relaxing holiday by the sea without mass tourism.

Up to 4 people can escape from everyday life here.


The apartment has 2 balconies. On either side you can enjoy the sun at any time of the day.

In the comfortable box spring bed, you can really sleep in and enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea right after waking up.
Also from the second bedroom in the upper level you have a dreamhafen view to the Baltic Sea.
Sea noise is included in both rooms.

The cozy living room invites you to spend relaxing hours.

Guests can enjoy their meals in the adjoining kitchen and dining area or spend long game nights around the large dining table.

The bathroom has a shower and bath.

The apartment is also ideal for a stay in the cold season, as it has underfloor heating in all rooms and a wood-burning stove.
You can really make yourself comfortable after you have the everyday stress of the Baltic wind blow away.

If you prefer to move indoors, go to the Bargehagen Sports Park in Bargeshagen (15 minutes by car). Here you can play tennis, squash, badminton, bowling, or football. There is also a gym and a children's area.

Even the little guests will feel comfortable with us. A travel cot and a high chair are available free of charge.

Another tip for allergy sufferers: The apartment is completely tiled. The duvets and pillows are allergy friendly. Furthermore, it is a Non smoking apartment.
Pets are not allowed.

Your car parking space can be found directly in front of the house.

At any time of year, relax at the 'Aft Sea'.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön, allerdings hat man keinen Meerblick, wie angekündigt.Was die Sauberkeit im Bad und bei einigen Geräten in der Küche anbelangt, waren wir entsetzt. Die Dusche ist absolut ungepflegt und unsauber, was uns ungemein gestört hat.

Super Urlaub

Dieses Jahr hat es auch mit dem Wetter gepasst. Hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub. Mit der Gastronomie wird es leider in Börgerende immer schwieriger. Die meisten Locations öffnen erst um 17 Uhr oder haben ganz geschlossen. Schade. Die Imbissmeile kann man vergessen....Da gehen wir nicht wieder essen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Lage ganz toll und strandnah. Die Kommunikation mit dem Hausmeisterservice vor Ort und der Wohnungsbesitzerin war sehr freundlich, verbindlich& zuverlässig. Dass die Fußbodenheizung mehrere Stunden (bis zu einem Tag) braucht, um sich komplett zu erwärmen, wäre eine wichtige Information vorab (zumindest in der kalten Jahreszeit). Die Kaffeemaschine war nicht besonders sauber bei unserer Anreise, sonst war aber alles piccobello. Ggf. hilfreich wäre ein extra Metallbehältnis, damit man die warme Asche lagern kann, bis sie komplett abgekühlt ist und in die Restmülltonne geworfen werden kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

- Ausstattung und Lage der Wohnung gut - Sauberkeit war leider nicht überzeugend - Qualität und Performance des Vor-Ort-Service war ungenügend - FINGER WEG vom angebotenen Wäschepaket und spart Euch die 25,- € p.P. ( das war eine absolute Frechheit!!!) - bei ein bisschen mehr Liebe zum Detail wären mehr Sterne drin gewesen!!

Wir waren als Familie eine Woche in den Osterferien in Börgerende. Die Ferienwohnung war richtig schön. Sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mir der Vermieterin u dem Hausmeister war unkompliziert u beide sehr nett. Der Strand ist 100 m entfernt u aus den oberen Zimmern kann man das Meer sehen. Börgerende ist ein kleines ruhiges Dörfchen mit wunderschönem Naturstrand. Wir kommen wirklich sehr gern wieder. MfG, Fatima Pandrock

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben hier einen schönen Familienurlaub verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet und super gelegen, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Der Ort Börgerende ist sehr ruhig, ideal für alle, die Entspannung suchen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Die Ferienwohnung ist für Familien mit Kindern sehr gut ausgestattet. Neben dem Reisebett und Kinderstuhl war sogar eine Matratze für das Reisebett, sowie Spielzeug/Bücher und eine Baby-Krabbeldecke vorhanden. Die Lage ist wunderbar nah zum Strand und liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Bei etwas Wind kann man abends im Bett tatsächlich den Wellengang hören. Wir würden die Unterkunft definitiv noch mal buchen!

Schöne Anlage,schöne,gemütliche und geräumige Wohnung,ruhiges Umfeld.Eingangsbereich super,endlich mal Platz für Garderobe und Co.Großzügiger Wohn-Essbereich.Sessel könnte nur mal eine Reinigung vertragen! Haushaltsgegenstände ausreichend,fehlten nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten,wenn man richtig kochen will.Kühlschrank zu klein! Ansonsten haben wir uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt! Ärgerlich war nur die Zahlungsaufforderung von Ferien Direkt! Wir fühlten uns wie Säumige,das geht ein bisschen freundlicher und höflicher für ehrliche Gäste!Der Zahlungszeitpunkt war ja in keiner Weise überschritten! Trotz allem kommen wir gerne wieder!😊

Schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und genau so wie beschrieben. Sie ist gemütlich eingerichtet und es ist alles da was man braucht. Ein großer Pluspunkt war für uns die Fußbodenheizung. Dadurch konnte unser Baby auf den Fliesen krabbeln ohne kalte Füße zu bekommen :-) Wir kommen gerne wieder!!
