The Villa Seeadler, completed in 2013, with individually furnished apartments, is only 50 meters from the beach in Börgerende. All apartments in Villa Seeadler have terraces or balconies, underfloor heating and bathrooms with floor-level showers. There is a bicycle storage facility in the underground car park. The Villa Seeadler is the ideal starting point for excursions into the surroundings and many leisure activities, and at the same time the perfect place to relax and find peace and relaxation. Almost all apartments have either an underground car park or a parking space directly in front of the house. A coin-operated washer and dryer can be found in the ground floor area of the house. Please note: Building activities in the surrounding area may cause adverse effects.

Sunny 2-room apartment with private sauna This friendly apartment is located on the first floor of the Villa Seeadler and is furnished for four people. The bright bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe with plenty of storage space, a flatscreen TV, a radio / CD / Bluetooth device and a luggage rack. In the combined dining and living room you will find a comfortable sleeping couch (144cm x 204cm), flatscreen TV, DVD player and a stereo as well as a table with four chairs. The fully equipped, open fitted kitchen with stove, oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine and refrigerator with freezer leaves nothing to be desired. The modern bathroom has a floor-to-ceiling shower, heated towel rail and a hairdryer.  You can relax in the sauna at any time. From the living room and the bedroom you reach the large terrace. Enjoy cozy hours of sunshine here. To the apartment belongs an underground garage No. 33 with elevator to the living room, bicycles are also in the underground car park.   For the 3rd and 4th Person (starting from 6. Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
