The Villa Seeadler, completed in 2013, with individually furnished apartments, is only 50 meters from the beach in Börgerende. All apartments in Villa Seeadler have terraces or balconies, underfloor heating and bathrooms with floor-level showers. There is a bicycle storage facility in the underground car park. The Villa Seeadler is the ideal starting point for excursions into the surrounding area and many leisure activities, and at the same time the perfect place to relax and find peace and relaxation. Almost all apartments have either an underground car park or a parking space directly in front of the house. A coin-operated washer and dryer can be found in the ground floor area of the house. Please note: Building activities in the surrounding area may cause adverse effects.

To accommodate the clothes you have a walk-in wardrobe. In the living area you will find a comfortable two-seater couch and a flatscreen TV. The open kitchen and dining area leaves nothing to be desired. Here you have a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge with freezer, oven with ceramic hob and microwave as well as a round dining table with two comfortable chairs. The spacious bathroom has a floor-level shower, heated towel rail, washing machine and hair dryer. To the apartment belongs an underground car park with elevator to the apartment, bicycle parking is also in the underground car park.   Non-smoking, no pets allowed, laundry, childrens bed and high chair chargeable.
