First I was informed the morning of the stay that the house we rented had been damaged by previous renters so we would have to go to another house ( ok I get that). The second house was so hot it was unbearable, we checked in Thursday night and were to checkout Saturday morning. I talked to them all do Friday trying to get something done. Finally about 8 pm they brought a small window unit that would do absolutely nothing. We ended up leaving and going home.
