Romantic holiday house, beautiful located, close to the sea | Messenia, Peloponn

At the southern tip of Messenia, a few kilometers north of Koroni, between cypress trees and dense olive groves, lies the area of Aghia Triada above the sandy beach of the same name. Quiet and idyllic, surrounded by vineyards, colorful bougainvillea and other Mediterranean plants, the well-maintained Orfanos property is located on a plateau above the sea.

On the shared, well-enclosed natural plot – safe for children – the four Orfanos houses are arranged one behind the other at a distance of approximately 10 to 20 meters from each other. Each holiday house is visually separated by green hedges and plants and has its own driveway. Between the houses, grapevines create a lush green setting.

Holiday House Orfanos 3 is situated between Holiday Houses Orfanos 4 and 2, each about 10 meters away, offering a quiet and private atmosphere. The house is located on an elevated ground floor, with access via approximately six steps. It is a well-kept detached house, comfortably furnished and decorated with subtle color accents. The spacious living room with a kitchenette leads to the bedroom and the bathroom. From the living room there is direct access to the front terrace facing the sea. From here, the view extends freely over the vineyards to the olive groves, the beautiful surrounding landscape, and the blue waters of the Messenian Gulf. A second small side terrace directly in front of the kitchen is ideal as a breakfast terrace, as it faces north.

The fine sandy beach of Aghia Triada is one of the most beautiful and almost most romantic beaches in the region, offering the perfect setting for unforgettable holiday moments. At a short distance of about 700 meters, after a few winding turns, a path leads down some steps and after another 100 meters to an impressive beach landscape with turquoise waters.

The nearby picturesque town of Koroni, with its charming harbor, tavernas and cafés, provides a pleasant contrast to the peaceful surroundings of Aghia Triada. The towns of Pylos and Methoni, on the western side of Messenia, also have a special charm. Along the coastal area between Koroni and Pylos there are still many unspoiled, fine sandy beaches waiting to be discovered.
