This townhouse is ideally located 5 minutes walk from the centre of the city as well as the train station and 1.5 km from the beaches of Lecques.
The air-conditioned house is 96 m2 with 3 bedrooms (1 bed 160 - 1 bed 140 and 1 bed 120), 2 bathrooms, 1 central room with kitchen, dining room and living room with a fireplace and equipped with a daybed (sleeps 140).
The garden is a haven of peace shaded by several large Yuca, a Judas tree, a beautiful and central bougainvillea and a prunus. You can enjoy the small heated swimming pool (heat pump), the ping-pong table, areas to rest or eat and a large plancha.
This townhouse is ideally located for your Sunday morning market, all your shopping or for a drink in the shady square. The house is also 1.5 km from the beaches of Les Lecques, which is a 5-minute drive or a 15-minute walk.
Héléna will be at your disposal to welcome you and when you leave.
We will be available by phone for any request regarding accommodation during your stay and for advice regarding activities or reservations to be made.
