Schönes leipziger Viertel

Das Leutzscher Villenviertel ist nicht nur sehr schön, dort herrscht eine sehr angenehme, ruhige und entspannte Atmosphäre. Die Wohnung war ordentlich und gut ausgestattet.

Sehr enttäuschend

Ich war von der Unterkunft sehr enttäuscht. Sie war in Bezug auf die Hygiene und Sauberkeit in einem desolaten Zustand. Der Backofen war nicht nutzbar, da das Backblech und das Gerät so verdreckt war, dass es unmöglich war dieses zu nutzen. Weiter ging es mit den Fensterinnenrahmen. Ich habe hier sicherlich keinen hohen Erwartungen, aber auch diese waren so verdreckt und mit toten Spinnentieren versehen, dass man die Fenster nicht öffnen wollte. Des Weiteren war die Duschhalterung defekt, sodass man den Duschkopf nicht justieren konnte. Im Wohnzimmer fehlten Vorhänge, wodurch die Sonne sehr stark reinschein konnte und sich die Räumlichkeiten dadurch schnell aufheizten. Ein Gespräch mit der Eigentümerin / Verwalterin verlief ohne Erfolg. Die Wohnung war verhältnismäßig teuer und ich bat darum, dass zumindest der Backofen gereinigt werden soll. Dies wurde leider abgelehnt bzw. war es in meinem Aufenthalt von knapp 2 Wochen nicht möglich. Eine Entschädigung wurde ebenfalls abgelehnt. Für mich war die Wohnung und die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin eine große Enttäuschung. Ich kann diese Wohnung aufgrund der o.g. Punkte daher nicht empfehlen.

War ok

Ausstattung ist sehr gering gehalten und die Möbel absolut abgenutzt das Bett knarzt abnormal laut, das Sofa viel zu schmal und unbequem, der Höhepunkt war ja das man mich am Ende angerufen hat und beschert hat das Hundehaare im Apartment seien wo ich ja extra abgeklärt habe das ich mit zwei Chihuahuas anreise die ja nicht so viel Haaren sind beides kurzhaarige Chihuahuas und super lieb, dann wurde sich beklagt und versucht mir Geld abzuziehen weil die Waschmaschine schimmeln würde, ich bin früher ausgecheckt und habe das an dem Tag direkt kundgegeben und hab halt noch die leicht nassen Handtücher und Bettwäsche usw in die Waschmaschine getan damit es einfacher ist sauber zu machen, wenn dann aber erst 2 Wochen später jemand vorbei schaut und sich dann bei mir beklagt das die Waschmaschine schimmeln würde wo ich ja extra am abreise Tag gesagt hab das ich die Handtücher usw dort rein getan habe. Naja am Ende wollte man mir dann noch ganz dreist Geld abzocken, also das Apartment würde ich nicht wieder buchen, während des Aufenthaltes hatte ich ein paar Rückfragen die ich über Fewö direkt geschrieben habe diese wurden einfach ignoriert, aber Hauptsache buchen und Geld bekommen…….
