It is located on the second floor of a building equipped with an elevator.
The east-facing loggia offers an unobstructed view of the sea and the port entrance, making it a pleasant space for meals or relaxation.

The living room includes a sofa bed (BZ) providing two 130 cm beds and a television.

The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner gas hob, a mini-oven, a microwave, and a refrigerator, making it easy to prepare meals. The bedroom has a double bed (140 cm).

The bathroom has a bathtub and toilet.

There is no washing machine.

This apartment is an ideal rental for enjoying a seaside stay in a pleasant and lively setting.
