The rental property has 24/7 check in. Front desk are warm and welcoming, she also told us about the free park city bus right beside building 7. The community was built in 1978 but inside is well refurbished. The surrounding is nice and dog friendly. We recorded a couple of great ski days up in park city. Driving to main village is only 7 minutes, to canyon side is 12 minutes. 5 minutes from grocery. When it snowed and we decided not driving. The bus line 5 is direct to ski resorts. In the afternoon bus was every 5 minutes. Thanks and happy new year!
This unit was just as described and was the perfect spot for my son and I to use as basecamp for great skiing. It had everything we needed. My friend and his son rented a similar unit down the hall and having the combination was perfect. The host was great. I highly recommend this unit.
We enjoyed our short and sweet stay in Park City. This place was in a great spot to proximity to downtown, the rail trail and even mountain bike trails! We loved that we could have our dog with us as he is part of the family. If you are okay with a small, quaint place, then this is the spot for you! It has everything you need. My husband and I are not the ones to go somewhere and be inside all day so having a nice spot for our things and a comfortable and quiet place to sleep was great! We would recommend this place to others and encourage people to take their bikes with them when they visit!
Convenient location. A short walk to a bus stop. Not luxurious but for the cheapest pet friendly place in Park City, no complaints. The bed is extremely soft, not a problem for us. But if you can't sleep on a really soft bed beware.
We had difficulty find the address to check in but I had missed an email sent the night before explaining it in detail. So check your mail!
As other said, the paperwork given at check in said absolutely no pets but we ignored it. there were other pets in the building and no one said anything about our dog. Rail trail is close by for dog walking, also a trail leading to downtown, 1.8 mile walk.

Unfortunately the room selected based off the pictures on VRBO was not the condo we were given. I then tried to reach the host on the number I was automatically texted a welcome to & their cell phone they gave me. No response for over 2 hours when I was asked why we weren’t given the room I selected I was then told the room had an AC issue so to “honor our reservation” we were put in another condo. I should have been told & asked if a lesser quality room would be acceptable. I should have been offered the option to cancel at that point. I asked if I could please cancel the second night & get a refund & I was told, No. Very disappointed as this was a 35th year wedding anniversary & I selected the room/condo based off the pictures. I felt like it was a bait & switch, I would not recommend.
The address we were given for the property was incorrect, and instructions about where to check in were very vague. After 10 minutes of driving around, we guessed where we were supposed to go and luckily got it right.
The host had not notified the community that we were staying, and did not include a unit or building number in the reservation, so we spent 20 minutes gettting ahold of them to understand which key we needed. Luckily we arrived in the daytime and they were (relatively) responsive.
The listing says pets allowed (and we paid a pet fee) but the check-in person told us pets were NOT allowed and if our dog barked or disturbed others the police would be called and we'd have to leave - our dog is great and quiet but we lived through the weekend worrying about being evicted.
Last, the actual space is just fine inside, nothing amazing but good for a weekend in PC...however the walls are thin and our upstairs neighbor awoke to do some aggressive cleaning or aerobics at 5am each morning, which was very loud and disruptive.
Park City is amazing, definitely go - but do not stay here.
