In the heart of the Gâtinais region and the village, just a stone’s throw from the climbing spots in the Forêt des 3 Pignons, this 4-bedroom house with its garden will be the perfect getaway for your get-together. The property features interior spaces specially designed and equipped to ensure your stay is filled with warmth and togetherness. Pets are welcome here.

Designed by its Hungarian owners—who are passionate about rock climbing—the house features Scandinavian-inspired decor: minimalist, modern, and cosy.

Our property is the ideal place to accommodate up to 7 people. The house and its garden are located in the village of Le Vaudoué, 500 metres from the centre and its shops, and 1.5 km from the Trois Pignons Forest.

Upon arrival, you can park two cars on the property; one spot is covered by a carport. As you explore the enclosed property, you’ll find a cosy gathering area on the south-facing back patio in front of the garden and its pond.

The house, with a floor area of 130 m², is built on two levels and has four bedrooms accommodating seven people.

It is equipped with Wi-Fi.

GROUND FLOOR

You enter through the foyer, which leads to the kitchen, the living room and dining area, 2 bedrooms, and a shower room.

The spacious living-dining room features a lovely corner sofa and a fireplace insert, perfect for gathering and enjoying the end of the day. Please note that firewood is not provided. A dining area with comfortable chairs awaits you. The room is equipped with a flat-screen TV.

You’ll discover the modern, well-equipped, and bright kitchen. It features a conventional oven, a 3-burner induction cooktop, 1 dishwasher, 1 sink, 1 refrigerator-freezer, and essential small appliances such as 1 Nespresso coffee machine, 1 toaster, a kettle, a filter coffee maker… and, of course, dishes and kitchen utensils to turn your meals into truly enjoyable moments.

You’ll also find 2 bedrooms and a shower room on the ground floor. One bedroom is furnished with two 80-wide single beds; the other bedroom has one 80-wide single bed. The bathroom includes a shower and a single sink. A separate bathroom is located on the ground floor.

Finally, a sunroom where you can gather and have fun playing foosball, ping-pong, or enjoying other games and books provided.

FIRST FLOOR

A solid oak staircase leads to the landing and its hallway, which leads to 2 bedrooms, a junior suite with two bedrooms, and two separate bathrooms:

1 junior suite for 4 people, featuring bedroom 3 with 2 single beds and a cot, and bedroom 4 with 2 single beds and a TV area. The junior suite features plenty of closets and, most importantly, its own private bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.

Bedroom 5 with 3 single beds

Bedroom 6 with 2 single beds.

One bathroom with a bathtub and toilet and one bathroom with a shower and toilet are separate.

Finally, since this house is fully equipped for both short- and long-term stays, you’ll find a large-capacity washing machine and dryer in the kitchen.

Particular attention is paid to the quality of the housekeeping and linens, which meet hotel standards.
