The house was awesome. Clean and spacious. Our kids LOVED the heated pool/hot tub. The backyard was great for playing and hanging out too. The support team was super helpful with answers to my questions! We will definitely rent it again.

This is a very nice place to stay. It was just 2 of us, but I could see having a family reunion here. The locations is very nicely located near the strip, 8-15 mins away from everything we did.Hot tub was not heated (ad said yes but pool heat extra), but pool was warm enough from the hot summer days this was a mute issue. Just make sure wit the host that it is heated if that is what you are expecting. We enjoyed our visit.Dean.

The pool and hot tub are connected. The system must be placed in spa mode to heat the spa. All of the instructions are provided in the property guidebook link that is provided in multiple emails and messages. The guest never texted or called the customer service line to say there was a problem or to ask for directions for heating the spa. The system is not in spa mode 24/7. It must be placed in spa mode and heated when the guest wants to use it. The pool needs to be in pool mode when the spa is not in use to keep filtering the pool water.

Great house, exactly as advertised. More importantly, the team at 777Rentals we extremely helpful, accommodating, and quick to respond. No nit-picking on the small details for example, because they could, they offered early check-in and late check-out proactively. They truly wanted to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. 5 stars!

Tons of family fun!

We had a wonderful time! The house layout was perfect, as described. We played basketball, mini golf, pool, and enjoyed the hot tub. Great location made driving or uber to the strip super easy.

The house was perfect for our family. We did have to trade in empty propane tanks for our stay. The pool was cold even though it was heated, if spa is running pool heater is not on. The house was great and we spent most of our time outside the yard was amazing. The host had many things here for us, toiletries, towels and dish soap. The host was very communicative when I asked a question.

Comfortable and fun home

Nice entertaining home with 2 ensuite restrooms (including primary). Great game room, streaming is available on all smart televisions, games and very well appointed. Comfortable for all of us seniors. Management was lovely and very accommodating.

Love the pool - a bit pricey

We love the property. Great location, wonderful pool. It’s starting to show its age though, and could use a little TLC here and there. Also, having some coffee or K-cups would be great. The price was a bit high, not sure if we would spend it again (I know inflation is crazy right now, but the price was 6-8 times what we paid 6 years ago.

Great experience

I love this location! This is my second time booking. The reason is it’s gorgeous the pictures don’t do it justice! My guest and I were comfortable the whole time. You are only 11 minutes from the strip via Uber. The kitchen has plenty of supplies to cook. The outside grill works amazing. The only negative thing I have to say is I wish the jacuzzi was cleaner, we still used it and then again it had been windy.
