Broken furniture (lamps and shades). Also only the owner is allowed to use the sound system. The unit is worn down and it shows. From scratches on the shower glass doors to the faucets, having calcium buildup and being dirty. The hotel is nice and the views are amazing. The furniture is very cheap and the beds are awful. Mismatched pillows to cheap Folgers coffee. The lady who’s managing the property was very kind.

Very nice condo. Well stocked. Beautiful views. Beds are a bit hard. W has everything you need at pool and beach. Customer service pleasant but somewhat non existent.

Beautiful but shocking

property was beautiful and did not disappoint. the tv didn't work and neither did the blinds in the bedroom where the sun came up first thing. the worst was the toilet that looked like in back of the hinges had not been cleaned and had dried urine all over it. if they can get it together on these things, it's a wonderful rental.

Great room, poor property manager

I received e-mails from the PM on scheduling activities which i replied to but never received a confirmation. Thus, nothing was set up. I coordinated check in time and they were not there to meet me. I drove out of my way in traffic to check in and the PM did not show. No PM at check out either - very frustrating.

Poor services & management

Did not live up to luxury concierge service, experience & management: airport pick up dropped us off at the wrong location then resolution took a while; no functioning internet throughout entire stay then resolution efforts wereineffective & took our time; management doesn’t own & resolve issues. Ultimately no reasonable compensation was offered. Don’t stay here if you expect a flawless luxury experience equal to the high price.

Beautiful stay but noisy with construction

Pros: Property is beautiful, view is great, staff at condo are super nice, great location, excellent food and drinks at pool, mini-adult only pool is nice, each room has its own private balcony and bathroom, checking-in was easy. Cons: The stay was almost perfect, but upon arriving we saw that one of the three balconies had dust and plastic on it. Diego, who brought us up to the room, seemed surprised and said he'd check on it and let me know. We never heard back. After talking with the hotel staff they said that it's a 2 year project where they're changing the facade. This meant that from 7:30-3:30 everyday there was drilling and men on the balcony. Due to the men on the balcony and all the dust from sanding down the stucco we could not have the curtains open during the day because of the construction workers on the patio or use the patio at night due to the dust. We booked the property for the views and private balconies so it was a letdown. A warning about this would have been nice since it’s obviously a huge, multi-year project. It's possible the property owners aren't given notice about construction so maybe it was just bad timing. But if the construction was not going on this stay would have been absolutely perfect!

Perfect for our family

The unit was just as shown and the host met us there when we arrived and made sure we knew if we needed Anything just to call. Great unit and very professional great host. We will definitely book this unit in the future.

5 Day Miami Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 1. Communication before our arrival was detailed and concise. 2. After our arrival time changed to 11pm, we were informed by Luxury rentals to proceed to the W for check in. Unfortunately, our reservation details were not forwarded to the W and we had to wait in the lobby for close to an hour after having flown 20 hours through three continents to get to Miami. We called, texted and sent a WhatsApp message to Luxury but received no response. The WhatsApp message indicated it had been read, yet no response was made. Eventually the W staff on duty began to call Luxury staff that he knew and was able to get us into our condo at midnight. We did make a written complaint about this. Surprisingly, up till now we have received no apologies from Luxury. 3. We would like to comment Oriana who was attentive to our needs while we stayed at the facility. She always responded to queries and requests. 4. The TVs in unit 1229 DO NOT WORK. PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT THIS ROOM. Interestingly, we discovered that Luxury knew this and still placed us in this room, made no apologies or offered to partially refund us for this inconvenience. In summary, we believe we did not get good value for the money we spent on this vacation rental. Lesson learned.

Great Rooms and views!!

We have stayed at the W before. These units have a great view and are very spacious. It's hard to find a compatible property that has the pool and beach so close. That's why we keep Coming back.

Fantastic service and location! (rooms exactly like pictures)

What an amazing stay! I had no idea that there was such a large and well furnished place available in South Beach! First time renting (used to always book hotels) and I found this to be the far superior option. It is cheaper than getting three hotel rooms in the same location and has a fully equipped kitchen!! We saved money by cooking. The place itself is so beautiful--exactly like description, no shady bate and switch like some other online booking companies. I was so pleased with the service provided, starting from Roy, then Kamoundy then Sophia, everyone was so nice. Renting our own place requires sligtly more work and prep and communication, but if you have a large family like mine, this is the way to go and this company is really quite good. I will definitely be renting with them again at another one of their amazing hotel residences.

Great location and view

Stayed here over Labor Day Weekend, and it was perfect. We were a group of 3 couples. The place is huge, 3 BR to be exact, but the best part is that you can separate each bedroom for privacy. The views from this apartment are just breathtaking, full oceanfront, and each bedroom with its own balcony. Very well kept and nicely furnished. I loved that each room had apple TV and speakers where you can easily stream your own music. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
