From the balcony you can enjoy direct views of the ski slope with lift. The residential area offers the perfect starting point for excursions and hikes in the surrounding Erzgebirge with its numerous peaks and dams. Access is via a side road or via a mountain road (asphalted). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Car parks are available in the immediate vicinity
