A true children’s paradise, where play, nature and relaxation are perfectly combined. The holiday flat is located in a small residential estate on the outskirts of Eibenstock. From the balcony you can enjoy a direct view of the ski slope with lift system. The residential location offers the perfect starting point for excursions and hikes into the surrounding Ore Mountains, with their numerous peaks and reservoirs. Access is via a side road or a mountain road (asphalted). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity.

A summer toboggan run is also located in the town. In summer: Eibenstock Reservoir 1500 m in Eibenstock (beach 15 km in Johanngeorgenstadt). Horse riding in Eibenstock 1500 m. An interesting walk through nature to the upper part of the Eibenstock Reservoir. For German-speaking excursionists, this is also accompanied by information about water and its importance for life and the ecosystem.

Extended cycle path across the border to Potůčky. Visit to the Friends’ Association of Historic West Saxon Railways in Schönheide. The Kuhberg in the surrounding area offers ideal conditions for hiking and invites you to enjoy pleasant walks in nature. In winter: Ski lift 800 m in Eibenstock. Ski area 800 m in Eibenstock (Skiarena Eibenstock). Eibenstock: cross-country trail 200 m and ski hire, ski school, toboggan run each 800 m. Ice skating in Schönheide 3 km.
