Ground floor (access by 10-step staircase): living room-kitchen with balcony access, 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200 cm / 1 double bed 140x190 cm / 3 single beds), bathroom (walk-in shower), WC, children's relaxation area (ceiling height: 1m90) 1st floor: 2 bedrooms with balconies (1 double bed 160x200 cm / 1 double bed 160x200), alcove with 1 single bed, bathroom (shower and WC). Terrace. Sheets provided, bath and household linen included. Ski La Giettaz/Domaine les Portes du Mont-Blanc + cross-country trails In winter, snow clearing provided by the municipality, special equipment recommended. Former renovated alpine farm, located 1.6 km from the ski slopes. Overlooks the hamlet of Le Plan. Preserved natural setting of meadows and forests. Very comfortable cottage. Spacious and bright. View of the valley and the massif. Detached house located 1.6 km from the slopes of Domaine Evasion Mont Blanc (445km of ski slopes linking La Giettaz, Megève, Combloux, St Gervais, St Nicolas de Véroce and Contamines-Montjoie). Typical hamlet nestled at the bottom of a charming valley. Privileged location of Val d'Arly, between Savoie and Haute-Savoie, on the famous Route Grandes Alpes, a prestigious tourist route for motorbikes, cyclists and cars: access to La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand via the Col des Aravis. Walks and marked trails from the cottage. Magnificent hikes in the Beaufortain and Aravis massifs, including the famous GRP Tour du Pays du Mont-Blanc. 52km away, Chamonix, world renowned city for hikers and mountaineers.
