The approx. 45sqm apartment on the top floor of the 3-family house is divided into a living room / bedroom, kitchen and bathroom.
The living room / bedroom is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers for personal belongings, as well as a sofa corner with rocking armchair. HD TVs, games and books are available for cozy evenings.
The high-quality, modern kitchen is equipped with everything that hobby cooks need for the preparation of small and large meals. The stylish dining area invites you to enjoy. In addition, there is a workspace with a desk and free WiFi available for those who don't just go on vacation.
The bathroom is small but nice and offers a wonderful view of the Ramstal.
The 450-person community of Ippingen is beautifully nestled between the Black Forest, Hegau, Lake Constance and the Donaubergland. It is the ideal starting point for numerous day trips to the region to nearby Switzerland. Hikers, cyclists and motorcyclists alike get their money's worth here.

Wunderschön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung
Vom ersten Tag an haben wir uns in der modernen und hochwertig eingerichteten Ferienwohnung, wohl gefühlt.
Als Startpunkt für unsere Ausflüge, war diese Wohnung nahezu perfekt und wir würden immer wieder diese Wohnung wählen.
