Ideal accommodation for families and guests who like to spend time outdoors. Thanks to its convenient location you can easily reach the beach. From the terrace on the second floor you can enjoy the partial view of the sea. The property has large outdoor areas, a beautiful garden with palm trees and typical plants, a private swimming pool, outdoor shower, functional outdoor kitchen, wall barbecue and covered terrace for outdoor meals, where you will spend pleasant moments with your loved ones. The area offers renowned tourist destinations and beach resorts such as Palermo (25 km) with its immense artistic wealth, Monreale (32 km) with its beautiful cathedral and monastery, Cefalù (60 km) with its fascinating beaches, Capo Zafferano (13 km), a promontory with hat shape with spectacular views from Cefalù to Capo Gallo. The house is distributed on two levels, the wooden annex in the garden is not accessible.

Das Objekt liegt hervorragend. Die Garten- und Poollandschaft ist ausgezeichnet. Der Service vor Ort ist schlecht und die Einweisung mangelhaft. Die Dusche im OG ist zu klein und nur für Kinder geeignet. Die Nebenkosten wurden zu hoch mit der Kaution vollständig verrechnet. Die Polster im Außenbereich waren verkotet und wurden auch nicht gereinigt. Den Restmüll mussten wir am Tag der Abreise mitnehmen. Die unzureichende Hauptsicherung außerhalb des Anwesens fiel mehrfach aus. Einen Notschlüssel, um die elektronische Torausfahrt zu öffnen, erhielten wir trotz Aufforderung dennoch nicht. Für die diese Mängel einen Rechtsstreit auf Minderung zu führen wären berechtigt... aber Gerichtsstand Palermo schreckt ab.
