Mark, thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed the home, especially the beautiful back deck and peaceful view of the pines. It’s great to know you found everything clean, comfortable, and well-furnished. We truly appreciate your helpful suggestions about the TVs in bedrooms and adding more wine glasses — we’ll definitely keep those in mind for future updates. We’d be thrilled to welcome you back anytime!
The home was in a great, quiet neighborhood and perfectly fit our needs! The space was clean and set up well for our family. It was a really enjoyable stay! Plus, my kid left a couple pairs of shoes and Nicole was nice enough to let me know and offer to ship them! Sidenote-and this is probably silly for some but the house didn't come with a can opener. Or, if I did, I definitely couldn't find it. So if you're traveling with toddlers who will eat can veggies ravioli, bring a can opener! :) Thank you, Nicole! We really appreciate you renting your space to us!

It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’d be happy to welcome you back anytime!
This property was nice. It's perfect for a family get away. Unfortunately we were there for a funeral l. But the house was nice and cozy it fit our needs perfect. It was clean on arrival and had enough space for our family. The host Nicole was great to work with with any concerns.
We absolutely adore Nicole. She is the Best Host and always so super helpful and responsive. The property is always clean and perfect for our needs. I would recommend any of her properties.
The stay was very quiet and peaceful. The only difficulty was the preceding guests did not leave it cleaned and therefore, made us late getting into the home. But, the owner was Terrific!! and only charged for 1 night instead of 2. I thank the owner for being so understanding regarding this situation. We come to our Reunion each year on Labor Day week-end and I will certainly spread a good word about this place.
The home was easy to access and very clean. We appreciated the laundry room and plenty of towels. We WOULD stay here again because of these things as well as easy texting with manager. However, Since we had 10 people in our group it would have be good to have kitchen seating for at least 8, with 2 extra chairs. We wished there were a few extra blankets and pillows. Each room had a sheet and thin comforter on each bed. There was a slight smell of cigarette smoke every time we entered the house but not strong enough for us to smell it on our clothes. Some kitchen pans were missing but when we texted the manager they dropped some new ones off right away.

Be ready to possibly deal with the entire home not cooling.
Upon arrival, there was no bulb in the front for us to see how to enter our code to get into the house. My cousin bought a light for the front and the back patio area. The beds were extremely hard, I felt as though I’d been sleeping on concrete. The air in the very back room doesn’t blow out of the vent, only in that bathroom of that room. The temperature raised to 84 degrees in the mid summer. However after speaking with the property manager, she talked me through turning it of for 1 hour and then back on. It began getting cool around 3:45AM. My cousin expressed his concern to the property manager, who advised that she will compensate us something for the inconvenience. However, today is August 10, 2024; our stay was July 12, 2024 weekend and I have not heard anything from her yet. I’m sure that I won’t. Also, the reviews raved on how clean that place was, my family and I found that to be INCORRECT. In fact, my family THOROUGHLY CLEANED it before we left that morning. NEEDLESS to say, we more than likely will never rent from “Hidden Gems Vacation Rentals” again. I’ve also warned my other family menders and friends. We’d hoped for a great experience, but unfortunately did not get one. The walls were dirty/disgusting. I did tell the property manager that she may want to paint the crayon writing in the kitchen. There was also some disgusting sticky crab underneath the sink, that I sent a video of to the property management. Advising them of it.
We were here for my daughter’s wedding. She was married st Pebble Hill Plantation. This was a perfect place to stay because it was only about 10-12 minutes away from the venue. It was a nice home and very clean. I would stay again and definitely recommend it!
