The Owls Nest - A quaint cabin in the woods of Vermont

Our recently renovated cabin is the perfect escape during any season. Located within minutes of Bromley, Magic, and Stratton, Wild Wings, and Viking, and nestled in an amazing network of hiking, biking and ski trails. Guests will never be more than a few minutes away from outdoor adventure. With two bedrooms, and one bonus loft, guests can enjoy the comforts of our cozy cabin, including a full kitchen, bathroom, outdoor shower, fire pit, and WiFi.

Perfect getaway!!

Highly recommend this stay if you love a great nature experience with beautiful updates to the cabin. It was picture perfect. We arrived late at night and read through the directions before arriving which helped us navigate to the cabin with ease. All in all highly recommend you won’t regret your stay!!

Snowy Owls Nest

We greatly enjoyed the Owls Nest. Location was ideal for visiting family and access to skiing. No issues with the 2 feet of beautiful snow that fell during our visit. We will plan to stay again in the future.

Darling Cottage in the Woods

Pictures do not do this listing justice! This may be our favorite VRBO rental – ever! The cottage is clean, cozy and beautifully decorated. The location is so peaceful and quiet and yet less than 15 minutes from Bromley ski area. Owners were great to work with, and we will definitely be back again next year. Thank you for sharing your lovely cottage with us!

Unable to visit

Unfortunately, my husband got the flu the day before we were supposed to leave so we were not able to stay in the cabin. We are already looking ahead to next year and looking forward to visiting Vermont in the fall. It was difficult to rate our stay since we were unable to go so my responses above are based on the pictures we saw when choosing this location.

Will & Sarah grew up in Southern Vermont, but have traveled extensively, and after both graduating from UVM, found their way back to Southern VT. It is here they work, raise two daughters and continue to explore as a family by traveling, skiing, biking and hiking. We love our small town and area and think you will too.

Landgrove is a beautiful Vermont town with only one paved road. The cabin sits in the center of biking, xc skiing, and running trails which meander through Landgrove & Peru. We are 3 miles from the village of Peru and 4 miles from the village of Londonderry.

Upon arrival, you will immediately relax in the comfort and layout of this cabin. And revel in its incredible location. It has a beautiful indoor fireplace, outdoor fire pit with seating, amazing indoor and outdoor shower, popcorn maker, record player and loft area. This cabin is a one-of-kind place that will help you escape the stresses of daily life and create memories to last forever.
