Welcome to the Gîte des Acacias! Nestled in the middle of nature, this completely renovated house will allow you to spend a pleasant moment with the sound of birdsong in the background.
Several facilities complete the Gîte such as a pro ping pong table, a swing, picnic tables arranged in the property. You will also have deckchairs.
The cottage is fully air-conditioned, it is on 2 levels, 50m2 downstairs, composed of a living room with open kitchen, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a TV, a shower room, a separate toilet.
Direct access to the terrace with garden furniture and a parasol.
Upstairs you will find a dormitory with 4 beds of 90/190, a small bathroom with toilet, an attic bedroom with bed of 140/190 and a TV.
The advantage of this type of accommodations are that for 2 people you can only use the bottom.
Located on the edge of the greenway ideal for a stopover for Cyclist or hiker.
13 minutes from the Pal. Bourbon Lancy with its thermal baths and historic district is 8 minutes away.
You will find various shops nearby (Restaurants, Bakery, Tobacconist, Pharmacy...)
You can enjoy walks on the greenway and on the banks of the Loire.
There is also the possibility of fishing in the Loire or the canal with fishing permits on sale by the day.

Deja, Merci à vous pour votre très sympathique accueil, votre gentillesse et pour tous nos échanges, et toutes les réponses apportées à nos questions. Un magnifique séjour dans une maison ô combien magnifique aussi. Vous avez réussi à la perfection l'agencement et la décoration. Tout est parfait, rien ne manque. Les bois qui entourent, rajoutent du charme à votre gîte avec les oiseaux, les animaux dont le chevreuil qui chaque matin s'offre à nos yeux. Bravo pour votre réalisation.
