It features a living area with a fold-down bed (140x190cm), armchairs and a sofa, a wall-mounted TV, an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with a large integrated fridge/freezer in the wall cupboard, a small bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a TV, a shower room/WC, a laundry room with a washing machine, and a large furnished terrace facing northeast. Underground garage. Pets are not allowed. Linens are available at an extra cost. Cleaning is included in the price. Swimming pool open from mid-June to mid-September.
