Es war sauber! Und alles vorhanden zur Selbstversorgung. Einen neuen Toilettendeckel wäre angebracht und vielleicht als nette aufmerksamsamkeit duftöl für die Dampfsauna. Sonst war alles top

Umgebung+Lage top - Service, Sauberkeit Flop

Die Lage der Unterkünfte ist super und Wassernah. Leider war die Unterkunft nicht wirklich sauber, auch die Bettbezüge waren dreckig. Auf Nachfrage wurde ein Wechsel in einer andere Unterkunft abgelehnt. Die Bettbezüge wurden zwar ausgetauscht, wirklich sauber gemacht wurde aber nicht. Ausbaufähig was Service und Kundenzufriedenheit angeht.

Tolle Anlage in großartiger Umgebung

Das Appartement war sauber, modern und geräumig. Toll ist die Dusche-Dampfbad-Kombi. Schön dass alle Hunde willkommen sind und praktisch in jeder 2 Ferienwohnung ein Vierbeiner auf der Terrasse zu sehen war. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag: Insektengazen vor den Schlafzimmern, da keine Klimaanlage und damit die Fenster nachts nicht geöffnet bleiben können, wenn man Nichtverstehen werden will.

Freundlichkeit

Personal an der Rezeption etwas gestresst und unfreundlich. Mit der Kaution könnte besser beschrieben sein, fands es persönlich sinnbefreit warum man das nicht gleich mit Absicht bei Kreditkarten Bezahlung.
