Peace and tranquility await in this charming 30m² apartment in the heart of Avallon. Come and take a break just steps from cafes and forest trails. Enjoy the Saturday morning market and all the local shops nearby. And unwind with an aperitif in the leafy garden.

The apartment is within walking distance of Avallon train station (approximately a 15-minute walk).

The bedroom opens directly onto the west-facing garden. A small hallway leads from the bedroom to the kitchen and bathroom. The Virginia creeper covering the house provides welcome shade from the summer heat.

This delightful little apartment offers privacy. The kitchen window overlooks neighboring apartments, but no windows are visible from them. The bedroom, however, overlooks the garden, offering views of spring blossoms, winter snow, and autumn leaves.

The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, oven, gas hob, and small appliances such as a toaster, kettle, and blender.
