GRIMAUD – BEAUTIFUL PROVENCAL VILLA IN THE HEART OF THE VILLAGE
Grimaud and its famous village, known for its peaceful atmosphere, fine restaurants, flower-filled terraces, and art galleries typical of the South of France. We invite you to enjoy a charming semi-detached house located in the heart of the village.
On the ground floor, upon entering, you will find a fully equipped kitchen (hob, capsule coffee machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, wine cellar); a lovely living area with a sofa and TV corner to relax. A dining room overlooking the garden completes this level.
Upstairs, there is a first double bedroom with a desk area and its own shower room / guest WC. A second master bedroom (double bed) with a private shower room / guest WC offers a private terrace where you can enjoy a coffee in the sun.
A privileged place to experience moments of serenity, stroll on foot through the Village of Grimaud, and taste regional dishes. Absolute charm.
Outside, a private parking space is available, and additional free parking spaces are located in front of the villa.
