Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are included in the price. A washing machine is available for communal use with the landlord (for a fee).The apartment is located on the first floor of a well-maintained holiday home with a total of ten residential units, embedded in a quiet, green residential area. The lovingly landscaped garden with sun loungers, parasols, and a freshwater pool invites relaxation. Families with children will also find a small play area with a swing and seesaw. A grill can be used by arrangement. The property is fenced, and a private parking space is available directly at the house. Pets are not allowed.Only about 700 metres separate you from the nearest beach, which offers both sandy and pebble areas. In just a few minutes' walk, you can reach the town centre of Crikvenica with restaurants, supermarkets and other shopping opportunities.
