40 km north of Heinola, Tainionvirta (river) 300 m away (length 30 km, width of 0.02 km), soft mud bottom, running water, own rowing boat.
Log cottage built in 2003, living room-kitchen convertible sofa bed (width 120 cm), bedroom with two beds, sauna "Always ready electric stove", washing room / toilet, terrace (19 m²).
There are spacious bedrooms and living areas, a cozy cottage feel to it.
Air source heat pump. Cot = travel cot and high chair is brought to the cottage on request.
Garage / woodshed.
Dry outdoor toilet in addition to the indoor toilet.
Included in price:
ERV cancellation insurance
Final cleaning (Basic cleaning is always carried out by the guest) (2025-11-12 - 2026-12-04)
