The property also includes a 2-car garage, beach chairs and accessories, hair dryers, a starter kit of toiletries, and a K-cup coffee maker with starter coffee, creamer, sugar, and Splenda. There is even an office workspace area with an air printer for those who need to stay connected while on vacation.
Additional Amenities and House Rules at Bahama Breeze
In addition to its many amenities, Bahama Breeze is fully stocked with all the bedding linens and towels you will need for your stay, as well as a port-a-crib and sheets for travelers with small children or infants. The property also features a fully fenced backyard, spacious parking, and an on-site laundry facility. It is pet-friendly and includes an iron, ironing board, and in-closet safe for your convenience. Parking is available for up to six cars, including a two-car garage.
House Rules are simple and they are as follows:
1. No smoking or vaping inside the property. Smoking is only permitted outside in designated areas.
2. No parties or events are allowed on the property.
3. No additional guests beyond those specified in the reservation are allowed on the property.
4. Quiet hours are from 8 pm to 8 am. Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these hours.
5. No pets are allowed on the property unless prior written approval has been obtained.
6. The property must be left clean and tidy upon departure. Please dispose of all trash and recycle appropriately.
7. The guest will be responsible for damaging the property beyond normal wear and tear.
8. The guest is responsible for their personal property and belongings. The owner is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
9. Check-in time is after 4 pm, and check-out time is before 11 am. Late check-out or check-in may be available upon request for an additional $150, subject to availability.
10. The guest agrees to follow all local laws and ordinances while staying on the property.
11. Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement that states all the house rules before checking in.
