This beautifully decorated beachfront studio offers plenty of space for up to 4 guests to enjoy your Panama City Beach getaway! This unit boasts 2 Queen sized beds, a table for four and additional seating to sit back and enjoy the amazing views. The kitchenette is fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, dishware, flatware, cooking essentials, coffee pot, the basic necessities!

Top of the Gulf's amenities include a large main pool, kiddie pool, snack bar area (seasonal), charcoal grills, sundeck w/ lounge chairs, community outdoor showers, outdoor dining area, game room, fitness center and shuffleboard/cornhole court.

Important Notes:
- Parking: There is an additional one-time Resort Fee of $30 (subject to change) to be paid upon arrival that includes 1 Parking Pass. This fee is in addition to the reservation fee and is paid directly to the resort. Max 1 vehicle per HOA restrictions.
- There are shared, coin-operated laundry facilities on every even-numbered floor.
- Smoking and Pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- Age requirement: All guests must be accompanied by someone 21 years of age or older who is staying in the unit.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- Wristbands are required to be worn by the pool area and left behind at departure. There is a $50 charge for a lost or damaged wristband.
- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.

We had an amazing time and the location was perfect. The condo was very nice and clean. The only issues was the TV would randomly cut off, no big deal as we didn’t really have time for TV as we were to busy enjoying the beautiful pool and beach, the mattresses were very firm so that was a little uncomfortable for my old body but the couch slept great!

I have hope that that room would divide. Internet service was horrible, fridge had hair.

Easy to rent, good located for places to eat and entertainment. The beach is right your doorstep. No place will be perfect. But overall it was very nice.

Short and Sweet

Came with 2 teacher friends for a final "fling before the bell rings" and had a GREAT time. My husband and I stay at Top of the Gulf each year when we come to PCB and love it. Got a different room because there were 3 of us this time and definitely have added it to our list of places to stay at TotG. We cooked breakfast each morning and had everything we needed.

Nice views but older style unit

Pros- great view of pool and gulf, large common area balcony, price. Cons - outdated bathroom, very few cooking pans, small refrigerator and stove.
