This beautiful stone house was originally built in 1904. The house has been renovated a few years ago to maintain its authentic features. There are so many details in the house that bring you back to the past. The house has a beautiful garden with many flowers and plants. There is also an organic part of the garden with the vegetables that is at your disposal. Outside there is a sitting area with beautiful nature and a barbecue. Guests have access to a private outdoor pool with sun loungers. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Bed linen and towels are provided. This villa offers complete comfort, including air conditioning, garden furniture, spacious and attractive interior.

From the property to the local shopping centers are beaches and bays within a few kilometers. To Opatija Riveria and Rijeka 35km. For those who prefer flying, Rijeka Airport is located on the island of Krk - a 15-minute drive to the hotel. All major car hire companies are available on request.

Great week in Sveti Anton

We really enjoyed the stay in the Country Villa St Anton. Especially the additional outdoor kitchen under the upstairs patio (directly next to the pool) was great, we spent long evenings outside sitting together and enjoying the place. The owner-family was really nice, very attentive and ready to help. A great place to stay! Thank you Marina!

Schöne Lage, schöner Außenbereich, alles da

Das Haus ist ein schönes Steinhaus, das komplett renoviert ist. Es gibt vier Schlafzimmer, von denen eines als Kinderzimmer geeignet ist, da der Zugang über das dritte Schlafzimmer erfolgt. Für kleinere Kinder ist das aber ideal, da sie dann direkt bei den Eltern sind und trotzdem ein eigenes Zimmer haben. Diese 2er-Kombi hat auch ein eigenes großes Bad. Die beiden anderen Schlafzimmer (alle Zimmer mit Stauraum) teilen sich ein eigenes Bad, inkl. Waschmaschine; dazu gibt es noch eine Toilette im Eingangsbereich und sogar noch eine direkt an der Terasse. Die Terasse liegt hinter dem Haus und ist komplett überdacht; super, wenn es mal etwas regnet. Zudem gibt es hier neben einem großen Tisch und ausreichend hohen und niedrigen Stühlen einen Getränkekühleschrank sowie ein Spülbecken und ein Kochgelegenheit extra. Alles sehr gut durchdacht!! Die Küche liegt beim Wohnbereich, offen, aber trotzdem etwas abgegrenzt, bietet alles, was man benötigt. Es fehlt wirklich gar nichts! Der Besitzer wohnt auch im Haus, aber mit separatem Zugang; zudem ist er sehr nett und ruhig, manchmal hört man eine Waschmaschine, sonst nichts weiter. Der Pool ist sehr schön und groß (1,50 tief, für kleinere Kinder daher an Schwimmhilfe denken), der Bereich drumherum sehr schön mit schönen Liegen für 8 Leute! Die Umgebung ist ländlich und ruhig (von Geräuschen des Landlebens hin und wieder abgesehen :-)), sehr idyllisch mit Schafen, Hühnern und Enten direkt am Haus. Der Weg zum Strand ist zu Fuß ein Stück, mit dem Auto ist man in 5 bis 10 Minuten an verschiedenen Stränden und vielen Restaurants. Alles in allem eine super Unterkunft auf Krk mit Ruhe und Luxus!

Wir wurden herzlich Empfangen. Das Haus ist sehr gut geeignet für größere Gruppen oder Patchworkfamilien. Es liegt sehr zentral. Ein Mietwagen ist von Vorteil. Wir kommen gern wieder. Der Pool ist richtig toll, auch die vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Vielen Dank.

Schönes Ferienhaus in ländlicher aber zentraler Lage

Das Ferienhaus ist umgeben von Blumen und befindet sich in ruhiger und ländlicher Lage. Strände, Supermärkte und Restaurants sind jedoch in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet. Besonders schön für Kinder ist der angeschlossene kleine landwirtschaftliche Betrieb. Schafe, Hühner, Katzen... Auch ist der Vermieter überaus gastfreundlich.Er überraschte uns oft mit einer kleinen Aufmerksamkeit (Käse, Marmelade, Kuchen...). Wir bedauern, dass wir kein kroatisch sprechen, denn ein Austausch mit ihm wäre überaus interessant gewesen. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Zeit auf er kroatischen Sonneninsel, die viel zu bieten hat. Ein kleiner Vorschlag zum Schluss. Die Details im Wohnzimmer würden noch besser zur Geltung kommen, wenn nicht jedes einzelne Stück in dieser Vielzahl untergehen würde. Denn weniger ist manchmal mehr.

Wundervolles historisches Haus mit neuem Komfort!

Ein wundervoller Ort um Urlaub zu machen. Sehr nette Vermieter. Sogar jetzt im Herbst habe ich es genossen abends ein Feuer im Ofen anzumachen, statt die Heizung zu nutzen. Das historische Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, hat aber alle modernen Features eines Neubaus, da frisch renoviert. Ich freu mich über die selbstgemachte Marmelade und ein "Sounvenir" das nun mit mir nach Hause reist. Komme sehr gerne wieder!

Schöner geht es nicht!

Das Haus ist wie ein kleines echtes Ethnomuseum. Die Vermieter sind super nett und stehen bei Bedarf jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung, egal um welches Anliegen es sich handelt! Einfach nur empfehlenswert!
