Behind its lovely entrance with private parking, the magic begins immediately. Here, every detail tells a storey. The cottage spans three levels, offering everyone their own space: on each floor, there’s a bedroom with its own private bathroom—the perfect balance between togetherness and privacy. The shaded terrace under the pergola is perfect for long summer evenings, a drink in hand. The pool promises relaxing afternoons filled with laughter and naps in the sun. And then there’s the surrounding area… Just a short walk away, the magnificent Château de Montal overlooks the valley. The main level is on the ground floor: living room with open kitchen and dining area, sitting room, and a small balcony. One bedroom with a 160-bed (private balcony), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. On the second floor, a bedroom with a 160-bed and a bathroom with a toilet. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a 140-bed, a small shower room with a toilet, and access to the terrace. The terrace features a pergola, an outdoor kitchen (currently being finished but accessible), and a basement with a washing machine, a swimming pool secured by an alarm (dimensions: 4x8 / 1.50 m deep).
