This condo is in the M building of the Villas on the Gulf Complex (requires stairs). Villas on the Gulf is one of Pensacola Beach's easiest beachside communities. It features a paved and boardwalk approach to the beautiful emerald waters and white sands of the Gulf of Mexico complete with an outdoor shower, a community pool, and well maintained fresh water lagoons where ducks, fish, and turtles are regularly seen. Great Little Place!

This property is well kept and maintained with an amazing view! You are literally seconds from the beach and minutes from some great restaurants. I hope to visit this part of Pensacola again and hope to stay at this cozy condo. Very beautiful!

Beautiful beach front view! This condo has everything you need to relax and enjoy your vacation comfortably! Updated kitchen, baths, furniture, and decor. Located close to many restaurants, activities, and stores, but doesn’t feel crowded on the beach at all! Saw dolphins and rays swimming by, right from the deck, and from the beach. Will definitely be returning here again.

You can’t beat right on the beach

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s right on the beach so you can’t ask for more. You are on the third floor so there are some stairs, but to be honest I didn’t mind them, they made me feel a little better after eating all the yummy food! I would caution those who have small children and have to lug several things to and from the beach. We really enjoyed it though and hope you do too.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villas on the Gulf. Check in was easy, condo was clean and tastefully decorated. Very pleased with the communication with owner. The view was breathtaking. Condo fully equipped. It is on the top floor, so you have 2 flights of steps. But its worth it!

The remodel is beautiful. Floors, countertops and bathrooms are very nice! Beach access is great. Access to restaurants and shopping is excellent. Only issues and reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is no bathroom rugs, poor toaster, found multiple hairs in both bathrooms and only had Roku tv. Husband couldn’t watch his college football. Also noteworthy, beds were comfortable and last but not least make sure you note it is on the third floor with no elevator. And if you are bringing in groceries plus your bags, it takes multiple trips. :-)

This condo is beautiful. Updated with a beachy vibe, the air conditioner worked great and the view was spectacular. The only thing I would suggest is more instructions on dead bolting the door when leaving the condo. We were not familiar with the process. The on call manager answered our call and had someone right up to help. Managent team was amazing.

Love the location! We stay at Villas almost yearly. Third floor is best. True to the pics. It would be nice if there was more toilet paper, dishwasher pods , laundry pods, dish soap, etc. . It’s difficult to purchase it all on arrival. Also… past lazy day rentals were included. Maybe that was with an owner of a villas condo. Price has doubled and a lot not included any longer.
